Returns & Refunds

At Elle Pierce Innovations, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at stevel9905@gmail.com before sending your item back. Include your order number and reason for return in your email, and we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at stevel9905@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable pet food or treats

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
